Hello out there !!!
Yes I have been shirking my posting duties, apologies. I went to Nelson on the weekend and enjoyed fine food, lodging, and yes shopping. What a great town, lots to see and do. Thank goodness I walked hiked and ran in order to burn all the calories I consumed over the weekend. Best restaurant experience this go around was the all season café, brilliant food. Hot springs are always enjoyable, nothing like soaking in hot water and getting a tan in february, stellar.
Don't forget about the health fair in Oliver this Saturday at the rec center from 10-3. Hope to see you there, come visit health care workers in the south Okanagan.
