Hello !!
Wow the holidays are just around the corner. Hard to believe that we are about to begin another year, where does the time go. Hope you have all recovered from the wet snow fall, yuck, that stuff was sooo heavy. I was out there with my shovel just wishing for prince charming in his shiny white snow plow to dig me out, but he was a no show and I did it on my own one small shovel full at a time.
I went to visit my awesome parents on the weekend and of course ate way to much and now understand why my dads pant size goes up, my mom is an amazing cook. Its a problem :)
As the holidays approach everyone is getting busier, please be kind to your body. Get adequate sleep, drink water and of course get outside.
