Happy sunny Monday

Hello all, its finally looking like spring, yippee!!  Congrats to all who got out there and participated in the Oliver 10 km, what a great day for a race. I have a two appointments left on Tuesday and Thursday of this week. Have fun in the sun and if you need help recovering from being a weekend warrior give me a shout.
